personal project
beauty photography

This personal project draws inspiration from current ecological crises, illustrating the suffocation of our planet and the disturbing reality of consuming our own waste through food, water, and air. By isolating a mouth within materials like aluminum, newspaper, and plastic, I sought to convey the sensation of barely breathing—a metaphor for the planet's struggle to survive. The partially obscured mouth hints at an existence akin to being submerged, with only a small breath of air as a lifeline. This visual commentary invites viewers to reflect on the consequences of environmental neglect and the urgency for change.
